Trying to understand why leadership systems succeed or fail, from the inside

I've worked inside Rotary's global programs for nearly a decade. This is where I think through what I'm learning,  about institutions, about pipelines, about what actually makes leadership last

Meet Anni

I've been inside Rotary's youth programs since I was 15, growing up in Venezuela during a period when institutions around me were failing. That experience made me genuinely curious about what makes leadership systems survive and what makes them collapse.

Over the past few years I've had the chance to work on those questions at scale, co-designing governance structures, building networks, and most recently learning how executive organizations think about senior talent. I don't have all the answers. But I'm asking better questions than I was five years ago.
